Gentle and cleanJanuary 2, 2009 I swim 4 or 5 times a week and have been using this now for over a month. It is gentle to my hair and seems to take most of the chlorine out. I still do have to use a harsh remover once every other week to get the extra but this does a good job in general. I recommend for the everyday user.
