The Supple-Pedic mattress uses a thick layer of Polyfilax combined with Lever-Spring support unit. Supple-Pedic is covered in the highest quality imported white Belgium damask. The cover has a silky rich soft feel that allows the comfort and conformity of the bed to come through. A zipper allows it to be taken off for cleaning. The Lever-Spring support system features hundreds of individual spring steel levers, each about 12 inches long. The red tubing you see helps serve as a fulcrum for the levers.
