Good nail polish, dries fast, good colors. The decals arent really decals theyre stickers that dont stick very well. So you have to have a clear top coat which I didnt so i couldnt use the decals which is the main reason I bought the kit.

The main idea behind this kit is to use it ALL this year! The nail polishes are just the right size to use-up. That way you can purchase fresh polish next year, and not have to feel guilty about throwing away a big bottle of goopy polish. The boo-berry glow-in-the dark glows REALLY bright with just one coat of polish. It covers your nail sheer. I layer it over a darker blue and the result it fabulous!! A lot of fun!
