Excellent, durable traveler binocs February 13, 2002

They may not be the strongest magnification, but at 13 ounces I can always find a spot in my laptop bag even for the shortest trips! I also have higher powered and much higher tech binocs, but I always reach for these for daytime trips because of the excellent quality for such a compact size and light weight. I've dropped mine in water while backpacking on several occasions, and they seemed to resist water penetration well.
