Like the other reviewer, I installed this on an HP TX2000. The fit is perfect. It comes with a plastic card to help smooth out the protector and finger gloves to keep yourself from putting finger prints on the sticky side of the protector. It cuts the glare nicely as it has a matte finish. The protector does not make using the touch screen any harder.
As this is a sticker, getting it positioned is quite tricky - best to keep most of the sticker protected by the backing as you roll it onto the screen. It's also best to keep pets away while you do this as their fur could get stuck to the sticky side.

This works great on my HP TX2000Z tablet. The only thing you should be aware of is that applying this film does take some patience and skill.
Once you have it on, it works like a charm. And yes, I have no problem using it on my touchscreen with fingers or stylus. No hinderence.
