There are so many RAM-hogging programs out there that you owe it to yourself to drop a couple of these in and see the difference they make. Before purchasing, I used the application tool at [...] to make sure I had the right chips. It told me which chips to use and even knew how many open slots I have. I could have also used some simple installation directions (I've put in alot of cards, but not RAM), but it wasn't hard to figure out. Though some things still take awhile to load (it's not always a "silver bullet"), I'm very happy with the speed I've gotten in others, particularly in running multiple simultaneous programs, and they were well worth the cash.

I purchased this 2 GB kit to use in a Gateway Profile 5 all-in-one computer. It use to take nearly 30 minutes for the computer (256 mb memory/RAM) to startup, and running more than one program at a time was next to impossible. Startup is much quicker and multiple programs can run at the same time. Also, this product arrived very quickly.
