My All in OneNovember 23, 2008 This printer is quiet easy to setup and all of its functions are very intuitive. I have used its scanning function and also edited my scans using the OCR software provided. My prints are crisp and great looking. Overall the HP Deskjet F4280 is ideal for a SOHO. I plan to buy two more for the my school's IT lab to complement the laser printer (HP) and for the secretary's office.
Good for the moneyNovember 22, 2008 We picked up the HP F4280 for it's multifunction and compactness. It prints well and doesn't take up much room. We read other reviews about the poor quality in scanning and we would have to agree. It is a decent scanner for documents but not so much for pictures. For the money we are not disappointed, but we are also not impressed.
USB cable MISSINGNovember 19, 2008 I was very disappointed to discover upon opening the package that the setup guide tells you that if the USB cable is not included in the package (which you have to have to use this) that you MUST BUY ONE SEPARATELY. WTF? No USB cable was included, and that makes me quite upset.
Very good multi-functionNovember 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The printer works very well. It has a short start-up time and prints the pages quickly. Very good quality. The scan-directly-to-print feature is really nice and works flawlessly.
Basic but sufficientNovember 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Ive had this printer a few months and no problems at all. It is a basic printer/scanner that is very well layed out and compact. Hey, for about 50 bucks or under, you cant go wrong on this one.
