Product Description Three years have passed since the Daein-Crimea war, where the mercenary Ike led the Crimean army todefeat Daein's mad King Ashnard. Both Daein and Crimea are still stabilizing after that war. Daein is ruled by the Begnion occupation forces, after Crimea relinquished rule over their defeated country, and they are oppressed by the imperial soldiers. In the first of the game's four parts, a group of chivalrous thieves, which includes fortune-teller Micaiah, fight Begnion's oppression and attempt to liberate Daein and bring back power to the royal family. The efforts of the Dawn Brigade are the beginning of a much larger conflict. In the next part, Crimea's Queen Elincia fights against conspiring nobles, who plot to overthrow her. The following part sees the Greil mercenaries assist the united Laguz army as they go to war with the Begnion Empire. The consequences of this war can be seen in the fourth and final part, where the Dawn Brigade and the Greil mercenaries join forces to defeat the Begnion senate and the threatening goddess of chaos high above at the Guiding Tower. ESRB Rated E10 for gamers aged 10 and up

Wooow November 15, 2008 There are too many noobs who don't even play this game and give it a bad rating. Sad. Anyway... This is a great game. There are about 50 other things you can do other then battle like making your own weapons, chosing who you want to use, etc. This game is a sequel to Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and I like alot of characters from that game so it makes it double fun.The game has 30+ levels and you'll beat 10 levels in one sitting.
difficulty is rewarding October 31, 2008 Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn offers terrific gameplay especially if you have already played Fire Emblem Path of Radiance (the story continues 3 years afterwards). The prior game was a tad bit easier so I was pleased to hear that this game offered "punishing" and/or "unforgiving" difficulty. Those reviewers probably only played the first few levels of the first chapter (which were admittingly tough) and then quit because as your characters level up and the battle victory terms change, the game eases up a little bit. Each chapter follows a concurrent storyline of different characters. Although this allows the player to control multiple characters, it does make the story slightly disjointed and I am annoyed that I cant build up a character more thoroughly because I only control him/her for a chapter or two. Anyway its a great game that would have received a 5 if it had a little more polish. Nintendo/Intelligent Systems should have fixed the occasional frame rate drop, added IR/pointer controls, and more cutscenes with better voice actors. Nothing monumental . . . just polish.
Best of the series October 25, 2008 Fire emblem has out done itself from Game Boy Advance to Game Cube and now the Wii. Graphically superior and also gameplay mechanics and storyline just so much more interesting. Highly recommeded.
Excelent! October 25, 2008 Excelent turn based role playing game. It's a good mix of role playing, strategy, and anime!.
Good story and good art (if you like anime)

You guys that are rating this thing low just don't get it do you?!?!?! Fire Emblem is SUPPOSED to be complicated, that is what makes it that much better and more fun to play!!!!!! I can't believe that you idiots would rate a great game like this one so low....... I'd like to see how far you guys would get in FE5 hehehe......
