I am the only vendor that provides this service. The other units on Amazon all ship with Pocket PC 2000 installed, a much more obsolete operating system. By the way, I would not recommend trying this upgrade, as you risk damaging your Ipaq. Better to let a trained technician do it. Batteries have all been tested and either hold a good charge or are new. Comes with stylus, CD and combination usb sync/charger. Please note: This pda may not be able to sync with Windows Vista.

The PDA has some few minor scratches on the case but the screen is in mint condition. The PDA itself works great, and the screen has no scratches at all!!! I just installed a new protective plastic cover over the screen.
