The Perfect CompanionSeptember 7, 2008 I wasn't sure if I should purchase this product at the time I bought my Nuvi, but I am glad I did. In my area, theft of GPS is too common. This product allows me to quickly move my GPS completely out of sight when I leave the car. And, when it is on the dash, it never slides.
It works!September 7, 2008 I didn't want to stick my Garmin on the windshield & leave that telltale spot, so I bought this. Put it on the dashboard and it absolutely will not move. It allows you to move the Garmin around. Works perfectly!
It stays.September 7, 2008 Finally I have a Garmin holder that doesn't slide at every turn. Is is also quite easy to exchange between cars.
Nice extra to have.September 6, 2008 We only use our Garmin GPS Navigator on long trips so the friction mount is a nice extra. It sits easily on the dash and since it is not suction cup mounted, it is easy to take out of the car and doesn't leave the tell-tale suction cup mark on the windshield or windows of the car. I shopped around for the friction mount and Amazon.com had the best price on it by far.
Perfect!September 6, 2008 I have a Garmin Nuvi 360 and I just couldn't get it to stay on the mount that came with the product after using it for 6 months. I was a little apprehensive in ordering this because I thought it was too expensive. I love it! I would recommend buying this especially if you use your Garmin alot. Well worth it!
