Disappointed October 24, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this camera after my Kodak CX7530 finally died after being dropped. I was looking for an inexpensive replacement before a beach trip. I was very disappointed that I could not find a camera with a viewfinder because I had read the review regarding the sun making it impossible to see your subject. I decided to try it. I could not see my family and had to just shoot and hope I got something. Also, the lettering on the buttons wore off in one week. After our beach trip I returned the camera. I purchased a Canon Power Shot SD1100. Obviously I spent more but it is the quality I wanted and it has a viewfinder.
Easy Share easy October 23, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is my second EasyShare camera so I must like them. They are indeed easy to use and produce great pictures. The size fits perfect in my pants pocket so it is great for traveling. Maybe not for the geeky camera buff but for all around usage..it works
I'd give this ZERO stars.... October 15, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
...if I could. I purchased two of these cameras four months ago. Neither worked--they would not power on, which apparently is a common problem with this model. So I sent them to Kodak under the warranty--THREE TIMES. They keep sending back non-functioning cameras. Now I have #s 7 and 8 sitting on my porch waiting to be picked up yet again. They've been sitting there for 10 days and I doubt Kodak will pick them up. Kodak is not honoring their warranty. I even bought a new one from a camera store and it didn't work either. At least I could take that back to the store and get my money back. Kodak is a horrible company to try to deal with. I finally filed for a charge back on my credit card for the cost of the two cameras. Too bad. It used to be a good company.
Great Deal September 17, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Good camera for a great price. Takes very nice pictures and has plenty of options for most users. Amazon does a super job in shipping products in a very timely manner and with great care.
Good picture - long lag time August 29, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I loved my 4 year old small, inexpensive digital camera, which took good pictures. But of course with more megapixels, you get a better picture. I like the handy size. What I don't like about this camera is that there is a long lag time before it is ready to shoot the next picture.
